Refund Policy

RETURN, REFUND AND REPLACEMENT OF MY AUTO CARE SUPPLY PRODUCTS
  1. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the Product to us within seven (7) days of receipt. The Product shall be un-used, product tags shall not be tampered with, and the product shall be in the original brand packaging (if applicable). This policy is applicable only to those products which do not fall under the list of non-refundable brands/items provided on our Platform.

  2. All items must be received by My Auto Care Supply in order for a customer to be eligible for a refund will be in the form of e-gift vouchers/promotional codes/credits/cash/money on the website or replacement. You shall ensure that the Product is sent to us in the same condition as it was when received by you and is packaged properly. In the event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we reserve the right not to accept returns and send the product back to you.

  3. You may process returns through your nearest post office/freight/courier services. You may return to our office directly by walk-ins. We are not liable if the products are missing due to shipment.

  4. Once we’ve received your product/products, we will proceed to process your refund within 7 working days (after receiving return) and refunds will be in the form of e-gift vouchers/promotional codes/credits/cash/money of any form depending on what My Auto Care Supply  deem appropriate and best or replacement of product of the same model/name or any product similar or different based on My Auto Care Supply’s decision deem appropriate.

  5. If any buyers on this website has made any wrong orders and our return and refund team find that the buyer/buyers are at fault, the shipping fees, payment gateway fees and any third party fees will be paid by the buyer/buyers (follow 6.1). If My Auto Care Supply has sent the wrong products and our return and refund team find that My Auto Care Supply has made a mistake in any orders, the shipping fees and the payment gateway fees will be paid by My Auto Care Supply (follow 6.2). All refunds will be paid within seven (7) to fourteen (14) working days. Any delays in refunds due to any unforeseen circumstances are not held liable by My Auto Care Supply/this platform owner.        

6.1 The calculation of refunds will be as shown as: Total Amount – (Shipping Fees + Payment Gateway Fees) = Creditable Amount. Example: Total Amount RM100 – (Shipping Fee RM12 + Payment Gateway Fee RM10) = Creditable Amount RM78

6.2 The calculation of refunds will be as shown as: Total Amount (include Shipping Fees & Payment Gateway Fees) = Creditable Amount. Example: Total Amount RM100 (Total amount is included the shipping and payment gateway fees) = Creditable Amount RM100 (FULL REFUND)

7. My Auto Care Supply has right to change any terms and conditions any time without any further notifications and at our own discretion.
